How to Set Up Your Custom Canopy Tent

Setting up your custom canopy is quick and straightforward. With a tool-free design and lightweight aluminum frame, most setups can be completed in just a few minutes with two people.

Step 1: Remove & Prepare the Frame

• Remove the frame from the roller bag and place it upright on a flat surface
• With one person on each side, partially expand the frame by pulling opposite corners outward
• Do not fully extend the frame yet

Step 2: Attach the Canopy Top

• Place the canopy top over the partially opened frame
• Align each corner of the canopy with the frame legs
• Secure the canopy using the corner straps or Velcro attachments

Step 3: Expand the Frame

• With two people, continue pulling the frame open evenly from opposite sides
• Expand until the frame is nearly fully extended
• Make sure the canopy fabric is evenly positioned and not twisted

Step 4: Lock the Frame in Place

• Push up on the center truss or slider brackets until they click and lock into position
• Ensure all corners are fully locked before proceeding

Step 5: Adjust Tent Height

• Lift each leg slightly and adjust to your desired height setting
• The legs will lock into place using the push-button or lever system
• Make sure all legs are set to the same height for stability

Step 6: Secure Your Tent

• Always secure your tent before use
• Use stakes, ropes, or sandbags depending on your setup environment
• This is especially important for outdoor use

Optional Add-Ons Setup

• Side Walls: Attach using Velcro along the canopy edges and secure to legs with straps
• Flags & Banners: Mount according to the included hardware instructions
• Illuminated Frame (if equipped): Connect power source and verify lighting before use

Takedown Instructions

• Remove any walls or accessories
• Lower the legs to their shortest height
• Unlock sliders and slowly collapse the frame inward
• Remove the canopy top (optional)
• Store everything back in the roller bag

The frame is constructed from high-strength anodized aluminum with a HEX-shaped leg design for added stability and durability. The 10’x10’ and 10’x15’ options come standard with our 40mm HEX aluminum frame, with the ability to upgrade to a 50mm HEX frame for increased strength. The 10’x20’ includes the 50mm HEX frame standard to support the larger structure. For added visibility, the 10’x10’ also offers an optional 40mm HEX illuminated frame, providing integrated interior lighting to make your setup stand out day or night.
