General Warranty Coverage:

UpsideDown Event Tents LLC guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Specific products are covered under the following terms:

Air Dancers® Attachments: Covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Air Dancers® Blowers: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Pop Up Canopy Tent Frames: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Pop Up Tent Canopy Tops and Wall Sets: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Feather Flags: Covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Table Covers: Covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations:

The warranty only covers defects considered by UpsideDown Event Tents LLC as product defects and does not apply to:

Misuse, neglect, or user error.
Water damage.
Non-compliance with the instructions provided by UpsideDown Event Tents LLC.

Warranty Claims:

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

Provide proof of purchase.
Submit photos of the defective item and describe the defect.
Send an email to info@upsidedowntents.com initiating the claim process.

Return of Defective Products:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of defective products. UpsideDown Event Tents LLC reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the claimed defect. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

Return Policy:
